I was guided to kaHuna bodywork through my own personal healing journey with childhood trauma. Receiving regular KaHuna sessions has helped me to feel safe in my body, shift outdated beliefs & release deep seated emotions.
These session have given me clarity & helped me to open up my heart. I received my first KaHuna bodywork & Hawaiian Philosophies qualification in 2020 with Mette’s Institute of Bodywork & Personal Development.
I have trained in Hawaiian Heartworks Lomi Lomi and Usui Reki which is all blended into my sessions. Experiencing first hand how powerfully healing & needed touch is to our mind, body & spirit. I am passionate about helping others connect deeper within by sharing the healing & transformational KaHuna bodywork.
